Shipping policy

Where we ship from
Yenella is an online store. Your order is packed and shipped from our international fulfilment warehouse, not from a shop in Ireland. You will always receive a tracking number.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time to Ireland is 4–9 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed: busy periods, carrier delays, customs and weather may occasionally extend them.

Shipping costs
Free tracked shipping on all orders to Ireland.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to update.

Multiple parcels
Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost.

Address and delivery
Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Customs and taxes
Prices include VAT. You will not have to pay any customs duties or extra charges on delivery to Ireland.
